WHAT MAKES THIS PLACE SPECIAL? Galway is the culture heart of Ireland. Located in the Connacht region, many people speak Irish, and signs are all in English & Irish. People are so friendly, you make new friends sitting in a pub listening to trad music or just walking down the street. It is a completely authentic Irish city.

Other Recommendations: Walk around!!! Galway is beautiful jut to take in, from JFK park at Eyre Square, to the famous Galway Bay and Claddagh Villages, it’s so fun to see every day. Talk to locals, they are as friendly as promised and love to help you or just chat. A ton of fun day trips, including the Cliffs of Moher, the Aran Islands and Connemara go from Galway.
